Robert Rivani is an entrepreneur and innovator in retail, entertainment, and real estate whose career spans more than $750 million in transactions—achieved entirely without outside investment. As President of RIVANI, his leadership extends nationwide, from the sun-drenched shores of Malibu to the dynamic energy of Miami.
Rivani has redefined hospitality-driven environments, founding and elevating globally recognized destinations including Catch, Delilah, Gaia, Amara at Paraiso, RosaNegra, and Gekko. His signature lies in reimagining overlooked and forgotten spaces—transforming underutilized buildings into cultural landmarks by seamlessly merging lifestyle, design, and culture. An artist of his time, he approaches real estate as a medium, creating environments that resonate far beyond their physical footprint.
Shaped by a global perspective forged through extensive research and travel to more than sixty countries, Rivani brings a distinctly curatorial eye to each project—pairing top-tier tenants with precisely calibrated spaces to form cultural hubs where real estate and hospitality converge. KRYSTAL RIVANI, RDN
Krystal Rivani, RDN, is RIVANI's Chief Lifestyle Officer and a registered dietitian whose holistic approach to health is rooted in the belief that cognitive performance, physical vitality, and daily habit are inseparable. In her role, she shapes the health and wellness vision of the company — creating an environment where well-being is seamlessly woven into the rhythm of everyday work life — while also overseeing the brand's aesthetic direction, marketing, and development, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the sophistication and intentionality of the Class X experience.
Across the property, Krystal develops wellness initiatives that advance personal health through tailored nutrition, complimentary fitness programming, and curated mindfulness practices. Her work ensures that wellness is not an afterthought but a foundational pillar of what RIVANI offers.

PATRICK KHOURY
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Patrick Khoury, COO of RIVANI, has spent the past four years overseeing RIVANI's portfolios from acquisition through disposition. In that time, he has been directly involved in approximately $500 million in transactions across the portfolio. Prior to joining the RIVANI team, Patrick built a strong foundation in commercial banking, giving him a sharp, numbers-driven perspective on real estate deal-making.
A Miami native, Patrick is driven by loyalty and a commitment to impact in the communities where RIVANI builds. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at his kids' sports games and traveling.
MARC SHANDLER
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Marc Shandler, Chief Legal Officer at RIVANI blends sharp legal insight with thoughtful leadership. A trusted advisor to Robert Rivani, Marc oversees all transactions and legal matters for the firm. His passion for real estate began with a 6th-grade project on the DC Metro and has evolved into a lifelong dedication to urban development. Marc holds a law degree from Georgetown and a degree in Urban Studies from Penn. Outside of work, he enjoys live music and family time.

Andrew Bonner, Chief of Staff to Robert Rivani, brings over 15 years of real estate experience spanning property management, asset management, acquisitions, and leasing. He has managed portfolios exceeding 4 million square feet of commercial space and 1,000 residential units, overseeing more than $60 million in capital improvements.
Born and raised in Miami, Andrew spends his free time with his wife and two children — and as a proud Notre Dame alum, keeps a close eye on Fighting Irish football.

Noor Marina, Director of Hospitality at RIVANI, brings 15+ years of experience creating elevated client experiences, building strategic partnerships, and driving operational excellence. A former member of Les Clefs d'Or, Noor has led hospitality programs at renowned brands including The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 1 Hotels, and Shrtlst, specializing in white-glove service and high-level discretion.
At RIVANI, Noor brings that same standard of trust, precision, and seamless execution to executive support and relationship management across the brand.
RENE ROMAN
GENERAL MANAGER
Rene Roman, General Manager of RIVANI Miami Beach, leads the full operational, financial, and guest-experience strategy for the brand's flagship property. A veteran of both commercial real estate and luxury hospitality, Rene brings more than two decades of leadership across iconic assets and globally recognized brands.
Before joining RIVANI, Rene served as General Manager at Rockefeller Center, overseeing 1.8 million square feet of Class A office and retail space with tenants including NBCUniversal and JPMorgan. His hospitality background spans senior roles at ModernHaus SoHo, W New York, Viceroy Miami, and Relais & Châteaux properties.
A native of Cuba, Rene is fluent in English and Spanish. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Holguín and Master Certificates in Revenue Management and Marketing from Cornell University.
JACK TUFANO
DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT
Jack Tufano, Vice President of Development at RIVANI, brings nearly three decades of experience in luxury design, construction management, and real estate development. A University of Miami School of Architecture graduate, he has led development programs exceeding $600 million — including a $300 million Four Seasons Resort in the Dominican Republic and luxury projects at Sheltair Aviation and Dacra across Miami Beach and the Design District.
At RIVANI, Jack leads the Design and Construction team from early design through final delivery, bringing the craftsmanship and precision that define RIVANI Class X.
JILLIAN RIO
DIRECTOR, DESIGN
Jillian Rio, Design Director at RIVANI, is a licensed architect, interior designer, and residential contractor whose career began with modern single-family homes across the Southeast. That regionally refined, detail-driven approach evolved into large-scale restaurant and hospitality work, including renowned venues Bar Shishi, Queen, Marion, and Lafayette.
At RIVANI, Jillian is setting a new standard through RIVANI Class X — the company's evolving office lifestyle and brand identity, and the design springboard for other notable properties now in development, including The Lincoln Theater, RIVANI on 5th, and Hibiscus.
JESSE GIUSTO
ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL
Jesse Giusto, Associate General Counsel at RIVANI, brings 15 years of commercial real estate legal experience across big law, government, and in-house practice. Before joining RIVANI, he represented global real estate companies at prominent law firms in Los Angeles and Miami, then advised the federal government on a national portfolio of 30,000+ properties while working closely with Members of Congress.
At RIVANI, Jesse has led some of Miami's most notable recent deals, including Playboy's relocation to the city and the launch of Bar Shishi.

Mauricio Romero, Director of Asset & Property Management at RIVANI, brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience across Trophy Class office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and hospitality-driven assets. His background spans asset management, leasing, capital planning, and investor reporting, with a focus on maximizing NOI and building long-term asset value — shaped by managing institutional-quality portfolios and high-profile properties across major U.S. markets.
At RIVANI, Mauricio applies that discipline to the evolution of Class X — RIVANI's hospitality-driven concept that goes beyond traditional Trophy Class real estate — working closely with ownership, tenants, and operating partners to ensure every asset performs financially while delivering an experience that sets it apart.
